How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order is only possible if it hasn’t been dispatched. We will not be able to cancel the order post-dispatch. Please email us immediately with the request at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on +917999650467.
What happens if a product I have ordered is out of stock?
In a rare occurrence that the product ordered is out of stock we will issue a full refund immediately and it should reflect in your bank account within 14 working days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once the order is dispatched you will receive tracking details via email and SMS you will also be able to check the status in my orders section.
How do I register?
You can register by going to the create an account section.
How can I recover my password?
You can recover your password by clicking on Lost my password after entering your username. A link will be sent to your email id to recover your password.
