How soon will my order reach me?
The product will be dispatched in 2 working Days. We work from Monday to Friday. Our Shipping cut off time is 2 pm. Most orders get delivered in 3 to 10 days from the date of dispatch depending on your location.
Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges depend on the value of the order placed. We charge a nominal flat rate of rupees 59/- for order value under rupees 599/-. For order value above rupees 599/- shipping is free.
How will I know if my order is shipped?
After the order is dispatched you will receive tracking details on your email. It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company.
Returns policy
We handle every order ourselves and take utmost care to pack each order. In case of damage in transit we offer exchange/ return or refund in the form of store credit or refund to source. Write to us within 24 hours at taruhkids@gmail.com along with pictures and mentioned reasons for return to initiate the process. In the case of customized items, no return would be possible given the nature of the item.
If you want to cancel the order once it is processed 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Exchange
Exchange is valid only once per order. The replacement product will be shipped once we receive the original product.
Refund
The refund will be initiated once the product reaches us and it should reflect in your bank account within 14 working days from the date of initiation.
